DELIVERY METHODS & CHARGES Delivery methods We deliver to all areas of mainland UK and Northern Ireland. We normally aim to despatch all orders within 3 working days of receipt. Following notification that your order has been despatched - and for most mainland UK destinations - orders are delivered via the APC Overnight courier service, normally (though not exclusively) on a "next working day" basis. For Scottish highlands and islands and Northern Ireland, orders are delivered via Parcelforce, with deliveries normally taking 2 to 3 working days following despatch. Important - temporary changes to despatch and delivery days during the Covid-19 pandemic crisis In order to minimise any potential logistical and health and safety issues (both for ourselves and others), for the duration of this crisis, we will be limiting the days we despatch orders to Mondays and Thursdays only. This is to give us more flexibility in the times we access our storage facility (i.e. during "quiet" periods) and also to cut down the number of collections by courier drivers. Therefore, please note the following;
