| A bright, translucent medium pink colour, with orange glints. The nose exhibits red cherry and currant aromas, with notes of raspberry and orange peel. Fresh and zingy on the front palate, crammed with little red fruit and soft citrus flavours, a touch herby and with a welcome hint of saline minerality and ample acidity. Quite spicy, too. Long on the finish, with a real generosity of sweet-sour fruit, countered by a gently creamy texture. A really lovely rosé! |
