Clear, pale gold colour. Peach, apple and honeysuckle on the nose, with hints of white pepper and spices. Quite rich and unctious on the palate, with a slightly oily/creamy texture, flavours of white tree fruits and fennel and further notes of garrigue herbs. With excellent acidity, perhaps a touch of grape tannin - which offers some grip - and a long, creamy, spicy/minty finish, this is a fine white wine. |
