If nobody is in when the wines arrive, the courier will leave a card to say delivery has been attempted and inviting you to contact them to arrange a suitable day for delivery. You will have the opportunity, when proceeding through checkout, to add specific delivery instructions. For example, if you want the wine left in a certain place (e.g. with a neighbour, by the back door, in the shed, etc) please specify, so that we can let the courier know. Please note that if this option is selected, we cannot be held responsible if the wine goes missing after the courier has delivered it. |
